Shipping policy

International Orders

Florel ships internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with their order unless otherwise stated during checkout.

International customers may also be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs fees, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their local government. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refused shipments or packages returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees may be subject to return shipping charges and other associated costs.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Florel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All international shipments are sent with tracking and may require a signature upon delivery.
