Craftsmanship & Production

Florel handbags are crafted in Guangzhou, China—the hometown of our founder's grandfather.

For Florel, this is deeply personal.

Founded by a designer who is half Chinese and half Black, the brand reflects a reclaiming of identity, history, and craft. Producing our bags in Guangzhou is not incidental—it is intentional. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 5–10 business days within the United States.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email containing tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Florel purchase.

Eligible merchandise purchased directly from florel.com may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of delivery, provided it:

Is unused and in new condition
Includes original packaging
Is accompanied by the original invoice

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@florel.com or call (346) 251-0523 to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Returns sent without a Return Authorization Number cannot be processed.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.

For your protection, please use a traceable shipping carrier and package the item securely.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will gladly replace the item and cover any additional shipping costs associated with the return and replacement. A Return Authorization Number is required before returning any merchandise.

Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed promptly.

If there is a difference in price between the exchanged items, any additional balance or credit will be communicated before shipment of the replacement item.
