Florel is rooted in a deeply personal story. Founded by a designer who is half Chinese and half Black, the brand reflects a reclaiming of identity, history, and craft.
Some of our work is made in Guangzhou, the hometown of her grandfather. This is not something we hide. It’s home. It’s history. And it represents a deep respect for skilled craftsmanship passed down through generations. For us, “made in China” is not a disclaimer—it’s a connection.
